Kolkata, Dec 11, 2019 : Mohun Bagan fell to a disappointing 2-4 loss against Churchill Brothers in previous round of I-League. The Mariners created a number of chances in second half but were unable to convert them while the away team was able to fully utilize their chances. Kibu Vicuna’s team remain winless after two rounds and will be looking to notch up the first victory when they take on TRAU FC in third round of I League.

In pre match conference Vicuna emphasized the need to pick up all three points in this match and said, “We need to improve and be more efficient in both 18 yards box. We respect the opponent, a new team with good players and a new coach and we need to play a complete match to succeed”. Goalkeeper Shilton Paul is not available for personal commitments and Lalramchullova is not yet fit to start. Kibu Vicuna is expected to make some changes in the first eleven.

I-League debutants TRAU FC began their campaign with a narrow loss against Chennai City FC. They are managed by former Mohun Bagan player Douglas Da Silva and have in their ranks a number of ex Mohun Bagan players like Abinash Ruidas and Abhishek Das.
